DO I NEED TO MAKE AN OPEN PLAY RESERVATION?
Yes! We have a strict capacity at 25 total people. We never want to turn people away - please book online!
We charge $12 plus tax per child, beginning at 6 months to 5 years old. Children under 1 are FREE with a paid sibling. One adult is always FREE during open-play hours! We charge $5 for any additional adults. If it’s just you and your infant (under 6 months), it’s a free play date! If your child is over 5, they are FREE and are considered a “café helper.”
I HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SAME RATE FOR ALL OF THEM?
Yes. We charge $12 per playing child; however, we have Discounted Punch Passes on our Membership Page, ideal for families who want to SAVE. We also offer memberships which are PERFECT for larger families!
WILL KIDS AND PARENTS HAVE TO TAKE OFF THEIR SHOES?
Our play area is strictly SOCKS ONLY. No shoes, no bare feet! This allows our little crawlers to explore freely. Socks are required in our play area for infants, children & adults! But don't worry if you forget, we have non-slip socks for $3, available in all sizes. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a stroller or wheeled device, we will clean your wheels before entering the play area.
AT WHAT AGE DO YOU START CHARGING CHILDREN TO PLAY?
I HAVE A CHILD THAT'S OLDER THAN 5. CAN THEY COME TOO?
Of course! We welcome children that are outside of our play area age group free-of-charge. While not permitted to use any of our play equipment themselves (no exceptions), they can help a younger friend or sibling play. If they use or abuse the play equipment, however, we will ask them to exit the play area and instead sit in the lounge. We have books and coloring for adults and their older children to enjoy!
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN SNACKS OR FOOD?
Yes! We do offer snacks including goldfish, yogurts, bars, and string cheese; however, we are also parents and understand that our offerings won't work for everyone. Please feel free to bring in your own snacks!
I'M BREASTFEEDING, WILL YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR ME?
We encourage and support you in feeding your child wherever and however you feel comfortable. We have a lot of moms who nurse in the play area; however, if you want more privacy, just ask and we can arrange something for you!
WHAT IF WE LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do a double-check before you leave our facility! We do have a lost and found. If you did leave something, please call us and come retrieve it as soon as possible! Otherwise, check our social media to see if we have posted. We will donate items that have been in our facility unclaimed for more than 90 days.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
Yes. Please go to our booking system and purchase there! We will send you a digital gift card and you can share the number with the recipient to use. Or, you can call us, and we can ring you up for a custom amount.
CAN I HAVE MY CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?
No. We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal business hours. We, of course, allow birthday "play-dates" where guests may bring in gifts, but we draw a strict line at bringing in any outside catering, decorations, or re-arranging tables in the cafe to accommodate your "party". Doing so may result in you being asked to leave. Please avoid bringing in cupcakes and cake as well. If you do want to have a private party, the cost is $125 and you can message us to arrange that!
DOES YOUR FACILITY ENFORCE A PLAY-AREA CAPACITY?
Yes! We make sure the play area is as comfortable as possible at all times. Please be sure to make an online reservation to help us maintain an optimal play environment. We cap it at 25 TOTAL PEOPLE so please be sure to add infants and additional adults to your order.
HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR PLAY AREA CLEAN?
After every 2 hour open play session, we close the play area for a 30-minute reset where we sanitize the play area and prepare for the next session! We also have a “Tasted Toys'“ bucket! Put anything in there during your play session and we will be sure to clean and sanitize it a little extra!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE FOR MY 2 HOUR TIME-SLOT?
As parents, we understand how important being flexible is! If you feel that your child didn’t get their full 2 hours and would like to come back later in the day, just talk with us at the counter to check availability!
CAN I BRING COFFEE FROM HOME?
No. We do not allow outside drinks inside our establishment (besides water and baby bottles). We want to be around for a long time and in order to do that, we need your support of all of our business! Thank you!
